After earning a degree in biochemistry from Marquette University, Paul spent the first 10 years of his business career in sales and marketing and new product sales development with Monsanto Chemical Company, Litton Industries and Arvey Corporation. As Vice President of Operations, Sarah Larson manages TRC’s global operations group, including headquarters, regional and remote staff.
She oversees day-to-day service delivery, ensuring quality by establishing metrics, monitoring performance, solving problems and providing ongoing professional development. As TRC’s Vice President, Global Business Development and Client Relations, Craig Mueller leads TRC’s business development effort and acts as a strategic resource for clients and TRC Account Managers.
In his business development role, Craig is charged with expanding the market for TRC’s services and maximizing sales volume and revenue for the entire TRC sales team. Rafe began his career in relocation in 2001 as an Expense Analyst with Pinnacle Relocation. His career has included multiple expense management roles including developing, staffing and expanding new expense management departments for Meridian Mobility and currently, TRC. Read more>
Jannette Matula brings more than 17 years of global mobility expertise to TRC. As Director, Global Services, Jannette is responsible for the strategic direction and management of TRC’s global talent mobility function.
Before joining TRC, Jannette held several mobility leadership positions with leading companies. She was Director, Global Mobility at TeleTech, a business process outsourcing company. There she was responsible for managing the successful transitions of TeleTech’s expatriates and accompanying family members to US and foreign project locations. Read more>
As Director of Human Resources, Carol Emmel manages TRC’s human resources and training function. She oversees staffing, compensation, benefits and employee development, and ensures that the company is positioned for continued growth.
Carol’s human resources management experience includes non-profit organizations, academia, business and manufacturing. Before joining TRC, Carol was Human Resources Manager at Homes for Independent Living, supporting more than 1000 employees and serving on the organization’s leadership team. Read more >
