As TRC’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Joyce Frye, manages the company’s myriad day-to-day operations.
She is responsible for identifying, designing and refining leading-edge relocation products and services that anticipate and meet the needs of TRC’s clients and their relocating employees. Drawing on her extensive relocation management experience, Joyce also ensures that TRC’s resources are deployed as effectively as possible; assesses employee and company performance against key metrics; and manages the company’s quality control initiatives.
Joyce has more than 25 years of operations and general management experience in the relocation industry. Before joining TRC in 2006, she held senior-level management positions with Pinnacle Group Associates, SIRVA Relocation, Weichert Relocation Resources International and Cendant Mobility (now Cartus).
Joyce is an active member of Worldwide ERC® and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She has earned the CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation from Worldwide ERC and is a regular panelist and speaker at relocation and human resources events. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Connecticut State University.
